Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Dispatch Times
Estimated dispatch times are shown on individual product pages where available. These are estimates only and are subject to stock availability and supplier lead times.
Where a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery date.
Delivery
We use a range of trusted courier and pallet delivery services depending on the size and weight of your order.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Kings Catering Equipment is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies.
- Manufacturers or suppliers.
- Adverse weather.
- Traffic disruption.
- Customs procedures.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- The delivery address is correct.
- Someone is available to receive the delivery where required.
- There is suitable vehicle access to the property.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailable access, additional delivery charges may apply.
Large & Heavy Deliveries
Many of our products are delivered on pallets or by specialist couriers.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is adequate access for large delivery vehicles and sufficient assistance where required to move goods beyond the point of delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries are made to the kerbside or ground floor entrance only.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your goods as soon as possible after delivery.
Any visible damage, missing items or incorrect products should be reported within 24 hours of delivery, together with photographs where possible.
Failed Deliveries
If goods are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or an incorrect delivery address, any additional delivery or collection costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law or charged before redelivery.
Collection
Where collection is offered, customers will be contacted once their order is ready.
Valid identification and proof of purchase may be requested before goods are released.
