Featuring an internal hearthstone base for crisp and even cooking, this professional countertop pizza oven is also suitable for preparing garlic bread, ciabatta, naan bread, pastries, pies, lasagne, and jacket potatoes.
Built with a durable high temperature painted steel structure, the oven uses alloy heating elements positioned at both the top and bottom of the chamber to provide even heat distribution throughout cooking. The EGO thermostat allows accurate temperature control up to 350°C for reliable day to day commercial performance.
Designed for practicality during busy service, the oven also includes a glass viewing window, interior illumination, and cool touch Bakelite handle for safer operation.
